• Interviews often cause stress, but NERVE BATTLE aims to change that. Participants will not only be interviewees but also interviewers, making it an engaging experience. The event consists of two segments:
• Round 1: Group Discussion
  • This round features group discussions with panels of four on a random topic, with only qualifying participants advancing to the final round.
• Round 2: Finesse Face-off
  • This round includes interview sessions where two people take turns asking each other questions. Each person acts as both the interviewer and the interviewee.
• RULES:
  • It is an individual event held off-stage.
  • Participants must appear in full formal attire.
  • Participants are required to prepare and bring their RESUME/CV.
  • The role for each interview will be given ON SPOT, based on the RESUME of the participants. Hence the participants are expected to be prepared for the same.
  • The time limit for the events will be intimated on the day of the event.
