• Round 1: Participants will take a series of questions aptitude test. Only those who qualify will advance to the final round.
• Round 2: Battle It Out - This round will feature debate sessions where two participants argue for or against hypothetical managerial scenarios presented on the spot.
• RULES:
  • It is an individual event held off-stage.
  • Participants must appear in full formal attire.
  • The performance in the second round will be evaluated based on spontaneity, relevance, and effective argumentation and communication.
  • The time limit for each round will be intimated on the day of the event.
